Trained at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, as well as, a Registered Dietitian, Corrie has over 13 years of combined experience in the culinary arts & dietetics. Her goal is deliver a truly unique Wine Country dining experience centered around humanely raised animals & local & artisan food products.
